There are no refunds or exchanges of any kind of hair. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items will take up to 2-4 days to arrive to you. It also takes 5-8 processing days. If you order Friday or the weekend your order will be processed on the weekday. ORDERS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED ON HOLIDAYS. You will get an EMAIL CONFIRMATION when your order has shipped. If you need your order expedited please email me.
When will my tracking number start to update?
After receiving an email with your tracking information. Shipping activity will become available after 24hrs. Please track your package at www.UPS.com or www.USPS.com. If you do not see your email confirmation please check in your spam folder.
