What do I do if I put the incorrect address?
Mistakes do happen, if you input the incorrect address please reach out to me immediately so that I can fix it. If your order has already been shipped and is returned to us you are responsible for the reshipping fee.
How does refunds work?
There are NO REFUNDS. If an issue has occurred with your order please contact me immediately. If a mistake was made on my end, I will correct it.
My item states its been shipped, but their is no movement why is that?
Once you have received tracking information, that means your order has been dropped off at the post office and it is out of my control. Please give it 24-48 hours to update before you can see any movement. You will have to contact USPS directly to receive any further tracking information or update 1(800-275-8777) Ups 1(800)-742-5877.

My package was stolen/lost what should I do?
I am not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is marked as 'Delivered' but you have not received it please contact USPS or UPS and give them your tracking number that was sent to you via email so that they can further assist you.
